Stress Tracker is designed from the ground up to protect your personal privacy. We firmly believe that your biometric and health metrics belong solely to you.

1. Zero Data Collection

Stress Tracker does not collect, harvest, sell, or transmit any personal data, identifiers, or location information. All computations are performed strictly on your physical Apple Watch and iPhone hardware.

2. Apple HealthKit Integration

The application accesses Heart Rate Variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and sleep analysis data exclusively through Apple’s secure HealthKit framework. This data is read locally with your explicit permission and never leaves the isolated sandbox of your operating system.

3. No Third-Party Trackers or SDKs

Stress Tracker contains no advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking trackers, or external database connections. There are no user accounts, passwords, or cloud syncing required to use the full capabilities of the app.
